Technical office Manager (Landscape)

Job Description:


- Ensure the smooth implementation of technical functions: prequalification documentation, engineering activities, technical design drawings and site operations

- Manage the tendering process and ensure the compliance with the technical specifications of the tender.

- Attend Technical meetings with clients / project team to discuss critical issues.

- Supervise landscaping practices on sites based on technical evaluation of landscape conditions and provide the required recommendations on maintaining and improving site condition.

- Project Time Schedule Management: From Award to Hand-over: (support coordination between design team, suppliers and clients for all technical studies, drawings, calculations, BOQ's, and material submittals and approvals.

- Keep a good relationship with subcontractors / supplier and Liaison with them for all technical related issues, material supply chain

- Provide technical input for offer requests and the awarding of subcontracts to the contracts, procurement

- Facilitates all documentation for the approval of the proposed items in the project.

- Conducting feasibility studies (technical and commercial aspects), assessing capital cost involved and evaluating the viability of new project evaluation techniques.

- Monitors, identifies and analyses all projects costs with a view of facilitating the completion of the project at minimum cost and within budget limits.

- review overall supervision to his subordinate engineers carrying out the functions of planning, cost control & quantity surveying.

- Bachelor of Engineering-Architecture 

- 10-15 year's Experience
